I got great value for my money at Jet Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, especially being close to the airport.
The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety and ensuring that the milk is fresh.

Close to airport with helpful staff. Front desk had packing tape. Allowed the use of breakfast area for takeout dinner. Big, safe, fenced parking. Air conditioning and OK breakfast with changing food variety for longer stays. Friendly receptionist. Convenient airport shuttle.

We needed somewhere to stay overnight close to Malpensa Airport and this fitted the bill. Cheap and cheery! The lady on arrival was very friendly and helpful (Guy the next morning not as cheery). The room was small but still able to squeeze in two adults and three teenagers without to many issues. Has Wifi important for three teenagers. Breakfast included was good for the price of the room.
It wasn't an issue for us, but location wise this hotel isn't recommended if you want a holiday, it is really a one or two night airport stay if you aren't fussy.

This hotel was poorly reviewed for likely the wrong reasons as it has been undergoing a remodel and appears now complete. Nothing wrong with this hotel Better than many I have stayed at in Europe and the air conditioning even works well. Rooms are not giant but fine size and nicely appointed. Will stay here again neiborhood is fine just not a tourist area so people had said they felt unsafe, not at all true. Very good seafood resturant just around the corner that all the locals eat at, and for good reason. Will use this hotel again for sure

We recently stayed at a lovely 4-star hotel near the airport, and we were very impressed with our experience. the location right at the airport was incredibly convenient for our early morning flight. We didn't have to worry about any long commutes or traffic delays. Secondly, the service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. They were quick to resolve any issues that arose and were always ready to assist with any requests we had. Lastly, the room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We appreciated the amenities such as the in-room safe and the fridge. we had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel.
In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the hotel's location near the airport was incredibly convenient.

As backpackers, we appreciated the convenient airport shuttle and friendly staff at Jet Hotel. The swimming pool was a nice bonus, and the breakfast hours from 5 am to 10 am allowed for flexibility. The room and bathroom were spacious, although slightly old-fashioned, they were very clean. We also loved the presence of a cute ginger cat who lived at the hotel.
Felt safe, no complaints whatsoever.
